Returns

You may return your products within 30 calendar days of delivery and you will receive 100% refund.

• Item(s) must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
• Please note earrings cannot be returned due to health and safety reasons. However exceptions will be made if the earrings are unworn and we are contacted as soon as your order is received.
• Return shipping methods and associated costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Please note that production of our jewellery is exceptional, involves lots of talent and is like creating an art piece. That's why it's almost impossible to create two ideally the same products, so the colors and shapes of your own piece might be different than the ones you see on the website.
